Founded by Oren Charles McDonald in 1906, O.C. McDonald Co. is one of San Jose’s oldest businesses. In the early 1950s, the company, which specializes in commercial and industrial plumbing services, moved into its current home on West San Carlos Street. The exact date on the “Oh See!” McDonald animated neon sign is a flickering mystery.
