Attending the Preservation Action Council of San Jose’s Movie Night members and guests stepped back in time to the “Valley of Heart’s Delight” and enjoyed a free educational program of reminiscing by viewing historic footage of films documenting our agricultural heritage and also a biography of James Lick at Le Petit Trianon on September 18. Many were dressed in 40’s and 50’s attire and brought dishes like Spam and tuna fish casserole. The movie night was in conjunction with PAC*SJ’s public outreach, a part of neighborhood pride through preservation program.
